The Subscription Tenure by Age template shows how long you can expect a customer to remain actively subscribed grouped by successful billing cycles.
Chart Tab
From the Chart tab you’ll see this report is a Bar Combo.
Below the Chart type we have the ability to show the overall average by checking this box.
Options Tab
First, we will select the intervals we would like to look at. Following that click add to see which subscription you would like to measure.
Next, we will select our Cancellation Date.
Criteria Builder Tab
To add additional specifications to your report use the Criteria Builder tab.
